This is the bridge where Franz Ferdinand and his wife were murdered thus sparking world war one. Very busy place ,lots of photo takes there. Easy to find ! just follow the river!

If you stand on the southern end of the Latin bridge, on your Left there is a marked spot ,where he was killed, which triggered the First World War

Well...., had there not been that famous assassination , nobody would talk about this bridge ! So in a certain way this bridge came to fame only by 'luck' !

The place where WWI started. So many stories behind it. You should definitely search a bit more about the assassination of Franz Ferdinand and the assassin Gavrilo Princip.

Honestly, the bridge has so much history behind it and I didn't see anything special. I was expecting something better. It is a must see for history lovers.
