I had a great experience going to Moorea and I believe it is much better than getting a plane because of the outside area. It is safe and left on time.

We took the Aremiti 5 across to Moorea and it only takes 35min to cross. Almost no rocking and loads of seating options plus a small cafe! Very clean and new, loved it. Would recommend.

Travelled Tahiti to Moorea abd back having spent 3 days on each island. The ferry is comfortable with outside decks upstairs and inside decks and restauyrant downstairs. Local buses meet the ferries and that is basically their timetables.
