This was such a great day, including a welcome ceremony to the local village, a brief tour of the village, and the walk and visit to the waterfall itself. The walk was flat, however did involve numerous river crossings. These were no problems, however be aware your shoes will get soaked. Our tour guide was great! He interacted great with... More

We booked this tour through the villagers on the edge of The Warwick Resort for FJ$50 per person. We knew as well booking directly through them the money was going straight to the village rather than most of it staying with the tour companies plus it was 1/3 of the price. They came and picked us up from the resort... More

Cannot recommend highly enough. Lino is the consummate guide, raconteur and ambassador for his beautiful country. You don't get any more authentic a tour of the village of Baisevu than waving to the tour guide's 85 year old mother as you walk past his house. Lino promised our Waterfall Tour with him would be the highlight of our stay and... More

We took Lino Cappacuino Authentic Fijian Tour to the Baisevu Waterfall. The villagers prefer that you use them to take you up to the falls as it is on their land and a sign of respect to them. Lino took us to the local school to visit with the children prior to taking us to the falls. We arrived at... More

I looked this place up and decided to catch a taxi there with my family instead of organising it was a tour group. My toddler also loved it. When we arrived there was some handmade goods to buy and we bought a couple of things. From memory it was $25 each ticket. We had our own tour guide he offered... More

Good to see how village life is, this is the real thing. The waterfall walk requires a reasonable fitness level with about 12 river crossings. Price around as tours vary.

We choose to do this tour on a day when the tour companies weren't running, but the activities manager at the Warwick was happy to organise a guide and private transport for us. We were picked up from our resort a 9 am sharp and driven to the Biausevu Waterfalls by private transport. We picked up our guide, Pedro, on... More

I wish we could write two reviews... The villlage and the waterfall were lovely and the villagers were so friendly. And if you're staying in the Coral Coast then you should absolutely visit there. However, don't go with Coral Coast tours. We arrived at the village and we were told by the driver not to buy any handicrafts from there... More

The village and waterfall tour itself was great but I would recommend using a local guide as suggested in other reviews and getting to the village by rental car or taxi. We booked this tour from the hotel through Gold Coast Tours. The van spent over an hour doing pick ups from various resorts and was eventually crammed with 10... More

The Biausevu Waterfalls are said to be Fiji's biggest waterfall - I’m not sure that’s true but it’s a very nice waterfall and defiantly worth the cost and hike. We did the tour with a young man who lived in the village - he was referred by someone we know. Access to the fans cost F$25/person and includes a village... More
