We had a great days driving and hiking the Nausori Highlands. The trek was easy standard, the vegetation and trees beautiful and the view from the top amazing. I highly recommend getting off the beaten track in Fiji, you see a different side of the...More

The scenery is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend hiring a car and driving right up the coast. The road becomes a gravel track but still ok to drive on. The sea side villages add a whole new dimension to your appreciation of this culture. Becomes more...More

We seen the highlands through a cross country tour. The views were incredible all around! It was a surreal experience. We also got to see traditional villages and shools which helped us understand the culture. Would definitely recommend.

mountains around and lots of greens. farmers and their settlements make this route a truly rural setting. you will see sugarcane farms along the gravel road and its best to travel in a 4WD

Nice road along the highlands with good views and rock exposures if you are into geology. Gravel road and some drop offs so if you are nervous either rent a 4wd or avoid going.

Dense rainforest of the eastern highlands - best to see travelling with a local bus and hike. Patchy areas of forest and small villages are scattered in the hills. The more remote the village, the more traditional the villagers are in their ways...So much worth...More

One of the best view in the Nadi Area, so stunning that you will be breathless as seen the Nadi delta from that height. The road to highlands is quite steep, but it is well maintained and I recommended that you take a four wheel...More

Not many people make it up here, it's a bit off the well-worn tourist path, so you see a more authentic Fiji. Worth going.
