The staff is very nice and the location where the zipline is located is beautiful. It's not the best ziplining I have done, but it was still great. I think this is something pretty much anyone of any age could participate. There is a pretty good hike up to the second line which might be difficult for some people, but other than that, you pretty much go from one line to the other in just a few steps. They provide heavy duty gloves to wear because that is how you controlled your ride and how you stopped. The gloves were pretty disgusting---stiff & well used. As soon as I got out of my equipment, I went to wash my hands twice! If I had known, I would have brought some latex gloves to wear under their gloves. Other than that, the equipment seemed to be in good order.

Brilliant for dealing with fearful customers. We're a fairly fit and active family of four and my kids have partaken in rollercoasters and abseils before. So when my older 13 year old son suddenly panicked and didn't want to go on the first line, the rest of us were surprised. Zac, the guide stepped right up, talked my son through it and ended up riding with him to help him get over his fear. After that, we felt like we got absolute first class service and by the end my son loved it. The pizza lunch afterwards was delicious (burger and salad were ok but the pizza was very good). Transfers from First Landing were efficient and timely. We booked directly through the website the day before and promptly received a confirmation and checking of dietaries. Would definitely recommend as a tropical zipline experience.

Zip lining through the jungle was an amazing experience for all ages, our 7year old tandem zip lined with his dad and then his sister before he built up the courage to go himself! Pizza was delicious, food, soft drinks and refreshing water all part of the package. Reef shoes are great to bring especially for the walk to the waterfall. The kids loved exploring around the waterfalls and enjoying the refreshing water before heading back. The guide was very informative about all the plants in the jungle showing us coffee trees, turmeric, taro and special ginger used to heal unwell children in the Village. The Village is right next door, escaping the resort and enjoying a drive, taking in the landscape was equally rewarding.

Sleeping Giant Zipline Fiji Absolutely recommend Them ❤️ This was my 2nd Time and I'm defs coming for more!!

Great Team, Easy Sign up and not a Long walk for the Zips. We were Zipping ourselves into the New Year with soo much Happiness ✨ Thank you Kevin and Team for making our little family reunion a memorable one as this was a fun-filled adventure ✨

Great for all ages, sizes, shapes and whatever. After all the zipping you can go right down to the river for a nice cool down and have a little picnic!!

In our group of 12, the youngest was my 10 year old brother and oldest my 74 year old grandfather. As well in size, the zip was able to take all of us and our Model Size Weight (ahaha).

Pro Tip: Wear closed shoes and drink heaps of water before you zip. When swimming be careful of the current and watch out for sudden drops and sharp rocks.

My wife and I received a zip line excursion as a wedding present. We are here on our honeymoon, and we’re excited for our trip today. The driver for Sleeping Giant Zipline arrived at our resort, and we were unsure if this was the correct company due to not booking this excursion ourselves. We showed our paperwork to the driver, who looked it over and told us to get in the van. We figured all was good. We made the 45 minute trip to their location, only to be told by the staff at the front desk that we had arrived at the wrong Zipline location.

We were informed the driver never should have picked us up after looking at our paperwork.

Unfortunately we missed our Zipline tour for today, but luckily we were able to reschedule for tomorrow.

This poor rating is mostly for the driver, but the company also didn’t offer anything besides the statement “book yourself next time so you know the details”.

We purchased the zip line and swim experience for 5 adults. While we felt it was overpriced, we all had a great time.

Some of our family, including 2 young children were waiting for us at the water lagoon while we were zip lining. It was a very hot day so the little ones were paddling (with feet only) with their parents while they were waiting for us.

The owner of the zip line (American male) was extremely rude and told the parents that if the children continued to paddle in the water, they would be charged $25 per person. (Children 4 and 18 months old.) Very disappointing behaviour for tourists. 👎🏽

We also discovered that the Fijian employees were required to purchase their own water during their shift and the owner would not supply them water.

For $75FJD per person for one zip line, you would think the workers could at least be supplied with clean water to drink.

Sadly, another local Fijian attraction has been commercialised by a non local who does not support the local people and is rude to tourists.

Very disappointed 😌

If you can visit, DO ! especially now it’s pre-covid they really need the customers and they deserve them! It was only 4 of us there when we visited but it made it feel more like a VIP experience! You won’t regret it. The couple with us were in there 50s so it really is for all ages.
We really enjoyed our visit. The setting is perfect, zip lining went straight over the rivers and the food area is right on the water.
The day is set up perfectly, there are 7 lines and you repeat the circuit twice! Definitely get your moneys worth. To break it up you walk to the waterfalls and they are amazing! Can go for a swim and the water is so refreshing. Lunch is also include a nice sandwich and fruit.
You have 2 guides with you and they are so kind and fun and they showed us tricks, like going upside down and me and my friend went at the same time! Which made the experience so much more enjoyable.
The staff are so lovely so please visit!!!

We went on a drizzly day (which in hindsight was better as it wasn’t humid and hot). The trip is a good 45 minutes from Denarau Island, which includes some unsealed roads. Once you arrive and sign your life away, you go on the first of 7 zip lines. There’s nothing scary or challenging about them and you can go twice or more of you desire. You then have a quick and simple lunch before heading to Orchid Falls. It’s about 25 minutes to walk. The kids love playing and swimming in the waterfall.

An added and unexpected bonus was the zip line staff are more than happy to take videos and photos of you and your family on the zip line. Such stunning footage to remember the day by.

Zip lining was great, helpful guides. When it came to swim in the river. The owner of the company a Canadian man. came yelling at us not to swim in a particular area. Which was fine we were moving. But for him to physical raise his voice and remove my child who was not in danger out of the water was not acceptable. My son was left very upset. He should be more professional especially when he was also drinking(Smirnoffu )on the job also. As an owner of a company this is not a good look. I would also suggest putting signs up for people not to swim in particular places.

Ziplining in the tropical forests of Fiji was certainly unique and Sleeping Giant does a great job of keeping the zippiness quick and fun. However, getting to the location does require going through a rough patch of road and pick up in the evening can be a little disorganized which was a little frustrating as we were being bitten by mosquitos and ants. The waterfalls are an absolute must but beware that the walk is pretty lengthy. However, the Zipline and walk to waterfalls are truly a unique experience so the negatives are just minor inconveniences.
