Do NOT give this company your money. We booked their services back in January for an upcoming trip this month. The trip was canceled by the airline due to COVID. I notified them the end of May, and requested a refund. They responded June 3rd asking for some time to process. I followed up twice and still have not received my refund! It’s been 7 weeks! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, as I am not receiving any cooperation from Evolution Fiji. It’s such a shame, too, because we were excited about the trip and this tour. We also planned on rescheduling when the pandemic was over. Buyer’s beware!!

TLDR: Fantastic snorkeling, responsable but fun guides, bring camera and money for beachcomber island (aka party island), make them have fun while snorkeling you may make snorkel longer, find your own way to venue/resort, great for beginner jet ski (my first ever). This was the best snorkeling we had, and better than Cruisin Fiji. I loved the people on Cruisin Fiji, the food, the ride, all you can drink beer, the crew, the tour of Castaway/Survivor Island, it was fantastic, but snorkeling/personal fun is better here...Alright so I had never ridden a jet ski before so me and my wife decided on this for not only the jet skis but also the snorkeling. We got picked up from another resort in the personal truck of the manager (I recommend just driving straight to the resort in which the activity is at.) I believe he said the jetskis were about 240kg max weight, me and my wife are max 204kg together (used to lbs not kg) and had no problem. We were given life jackets, a safety brief as well as simple hand signals to follow, and put on the jet skis close to shore (for this it was 2 guides on one, me and my wife on another, and 2 others on 1 jetski). The guides Captain Rambo and Captain Tom were awesome. We get on the jet skis and do a few laps around some bouis which is important if you have not ridden one before. The turns are the sketchiest part for a new rider and this is the purpose of it. Once they feel you are comfortable it is time to set out. The first reef is a bit of a ride, you take a brake in between and relax your hands and fingers, which is important because as a first rider my grip was very tight. You then ride to the first spot. BEAUTIFUL. One of guides brought some bread with him so it really brought in the marine life. You spend about 15-20 min here, get back on the jet skis, and off to beachcomber island. Once to the island you go for another snorkel. Again deep snorkeling with great reefs and plenty of marine variety. After this you go upon beachcomber, take a break, maybe have a beer. They take you on a tour of the island which is super cool because they have a conservation area of I believe hawksbill sea turtles which are endangered and they are rehabilitating on this island. They also showed us how to break open a coconut with a thing stick, drink the milk, and eat the fiber. They were even nice enough to share with other guests on the island who were not apart of our group. After that you can chill out a bit and have another beer on "party island", it was slow season so we chose to do another snorkeling sesion and saw more amazing fish. After this we went to the 3rd island, which was actually way off the island and was fantastic (our first snorkeling experience they wouldn't let us ~50m out so it was shallow, a bit lackluster, and felt controlled). This one was supposed to be another 15 minute snorkel but the guide and us were having so much fun it wound up being close to 30 minutes. There were coral caves, huge amounts of marine life, and TONS to explore. I saw at least 20 different types of fish, sadly no turtles, eels, rays or sharks. You can go on your own but I suggest staying with the guide because if you make them have fun snorkeling you could stay longer lol. You then get back on the jetski, ride about half way with a break to release your grip again, and go back to the resort. Again I suggest finding your own way to the resort because the person picking us up was 1hr and 30 min late, but thankfully there was some sort of religious ceremony going on so the lobby got flooded with friendly native Fijians whom we exchanged words with a few.

This tour was fantastic, I smiled the entire time - the guides were knowledgeable and went over and above to ensure we had the best experience particularly when snorkelling. Transportation back and forward from hotel was also on time and efficient.

If you’re in Fiji and love adventures, this is for you. What an incredible experience! Starting Steve our awesome driver who is part of the team at Extreme Jet ski who was very pleasant and gave us a run down of how the day would go. The Crew was wanderful Ranbo and Lion made sure we were kept informed and made sure we had the best day in Fiji. Make sure to give them a try.
