Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Parque del Pradro is a nice place to explore with a few statues and monuments. One of these is "La Diligencia" Bronze statue - people in Montevideo seem to love their bronze!
The other main attraction is the Statue of the Last Indigenous People of Uruguay.
This park is off the beaten track, but is still worth visiting!

We enjoyed our stop in Prado Park, especially the statue "last of the Charritas" or a native tribe. Other features include local fauna and birds.

This region was one of my favorites in Montevideo. We saw more locals here and they really seem to enjoy the park. People go there to job, picnic and have a peaceful time.

Local authorities should keep up with the cleanness (an overall problem in Montevideo).

Visit the Botanic Garden and Rosedal nearby, and the Monumento a La Diligencia

This park is perfect for a Sunday outdoors. The park hosts old trees in spacious landscape. Fairly clean and secure. Family entertainment nearby.
