Cusco is one of the most beautiful cities and I visited it with my family and for this I needed a safe transfer and I am very happy with the agency who made all the transfers for us in Cusco.

My friends recommended this agency for transfers, and they are indeed very punctual and excellent drivers. A safe trip when you arrive in Cusco.

This is the best way to make it to Ollantaytambo in case you want to avoid the crowded and uncomfortable bus rides some other companies offer prior to getting on the train to Aguas Calientes. The driver was extremely friendly and told us about the history in Cusco and what to visit once we came back. If I ever go back to Machu Pichu I would definitely be using these services again, and for my return as well.

Very Prompt and Reliable Service from Cusco Airport transfers. The cars and driver are highly recommended. Ms Hann is fast in replying and they are economical as well.

Our flight was delayed an entire day and they waited for us the whole time. Next day allowed us to reschedule for a decent discount. Then turned out our hotel was inaccessible by car (!) and the driver helped us carry our bags the last ten minutes. Phenomenal!

We booked our transfer from Ollantaytambo to Cusco airport for a trip of almost 1 hour and 30 minutes. excellent cheerful driver and our entire trip was fun.

We had a good experience being picked up from the airport and being brought to our hotel.
On the way back we requested the morning of to be picked up from our hotel and taken to the airport at 7pm. We weren’t picked up until 7:30pm and weren’t at the airport until 8:05pm, long after we requested to be there by. We were told that the driver forgot to change the pickup time from 7:20pm to 7pm and what they had originally told us when we confirmed we are waiting outside at 7pm, they told us that it was because of traffic- NOT because the driver forgot to change our pick up time. Traffic is usually busy at this time and should’ve been planned for by the driver and company. We barely made it on our flight in time thanks to this. Would not recommend

Initial reservation:
May 17: LA2043 Arrival time 8:00 Am
Return May 26 Pick up time 4:00 Am Your flight 5:50 Am. You later changed the return date to May 25 and your pick up time. "LA2040 - May 25th 9:55pm" the agency recommended a pick-up time of 7:20 PM, later you changed the pick-up time again to 7:00 Pm, which if our driver forgot to change the latter. You made 2 changes to your reservation, which is why there was that ERROR.
All changes are made 24 hours in advance to avoid any errors, which your change was a few hours before.
Regarding traffic, it is normal in the city of Cusco and from your hotel to the airport it is approximately 20 to 25 minutes without traffic and with traffic around 30 to 40 minutes. You arrived at the airport at 8:05 PM and your flight was for 9:55 PM. You would never have missed your flight because you arrived almost 2 hours early from the airport. I attach images of your initial reservation and the change. And anyway, thank you for your comment, it will help us continue improving.

I contacted the agency when I arrived in Lima to see if they could help us with our transfer to the Ollantaytambo station since our flight was delayed and we had to arrive to visit Machu Picchu, and they very kindly organized our transfer quickly. And thanks to them we arrived on time and were able to visit Machu Picchu.
