A must see wonder of the wolrd. We went as part of a tour and it is absolutely worth it. Had a great time in connection with Mother Nature. Train ride was smooth as well as luxurious. The park itself is beyond words.

We took a day trip from Cusco on the Belmond Hiram Bingham to Machu Picchu which included a private tour of Machu Picchu. It was five star all the way. Macho Picchu is just as beautiful as the photographs we've all seen on the Internet....More

Seen much of the World, but sites like these are always a Unique thing. The site itself is Nice, but unlike for example Angkor watt the buildings tell fee stories, especially withouten a guide. The sight from above and the mountains are worth the views...More

the visit to this site led me to have a better understanding of the Inca civilisation in the 15th and 16th centuries. The way it was organised and constructed was a wonder. I visited the site twice and I think I made the right choice....More

Its always best to book in advance. Its low season though. They limit the amount of visitors so I would not risk it. I cannot answer the question re changing the tickets

I would get a guide as you learn a lot more. They show you the best spots to take photos and they know their way around. I visited twice, once with a guide and the next day on my own
