Tania is an unbelievable lady. We had to buy a last minute ticket to Machu Picchu and she organized everything perfect, we managed to buy the ticket with her seamless organisation. Then completed the full tour with her company. She arranges everything. She thinks all details and organizes her team. One day before she came to our Airbnb and gave all info. Then she followed up whether the tour went well. She helped us to leave our luggages in Cusco while we were in Machu Picchu. She is open to communication day and night.

Our group had an amazing day at Machu Picchu. Everything was planned excellently by the Machu Picchu Peru Travel team and Tania who checked in with us a long the way. Machu Picchu was a once in a lifetime experience and our guide, Willy, made it even better! Our group would highly recommend Machu Picchu Peru Travel and Willy!

From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. The tour was well organized and the tour operator (Tania) was very responsive to our questions. She even met with us in person to make sure we had everything we needed. Willy was our tour guide once we got to Machu Picchu. He was very personable, knowledgeable and passionate. He made sure we saw all of the most important areas and assisted with taking photos. He also educated us on Peruvian culture and cuisine. We highly recommended Willy as a tour guide. We were 100% satisfied with our private tour.

Service was Superb. We stayed in contact via whatsup during whole trip. Everything was organized perfectly...from pick up at the airport thrugh all trips/transfer hotel taxis tickets guides. We felt well taken care off and safe.

It was awesome working with Machu Picchu Peru travel. We had only one day in Lima and wanted to do a desert tour. Tania arranged it for us with a very short notice and took care of everything from picking up from the airport to dropping us back to the airport. It was very easy working with her and had a wonderful time in Huacachina. Renan was our guide/driver and took great care of us during the trip.

My first time in Machu Picchu , and I had great expectations. I was picked up promptly from the hotel by Percy, (very friendly guy), After the long train ride on the Inca Rail train, I arrived in Aguas Calientes at 9 am. I was told I would join my tour group there, but the person that picked me up at the station told me that I would have a different guide and I was supposed to wait at the plaza . I waited for about an hour, and when I finally see the new guide, he told me to wait for another guide, so I was switched again. I didn't leave the town until around 11 am. We finally arrived in MP at 11:30 am. My new guide was unaware that my entrance ticket was for the morning session. I only had 30 minutes to get in!, we he realized this, he told me to go on and enter on my own while the rest of the group , which had afternoon tickets, was using the restrooms and taking their time.
So there I was by myself, taking pictures and trying to make the best of it,
I eventually found the group an hour later, but the rest of the tour was also a disappointment. The guide barely explained things to us, also he would skip important places when they were occupied by other groups. After an hour and a half he left us on our own. We were advised to leave the site early enough so we wouldn't miss our train back to Cusco.
The return train suffered mechanical issues half way .We were stranded for an hour and a half. We didn't make it back until well after 9pm. (We were supposed to arrive at 7:30 pm), Thankfully my driver Percy waited for me. (Thank you, Percy).
He waited for me in the rain while other drivers left.
Machu Picchu is a wonderful place and I wish I would have had a more positive experience. I think every paying customer deserves to be treated with consideration and respect , no matter if it is a single person or a group.
I did not have a way of communicating with the Company's representative, Tania, during the day, since my phone didn't work in Peru.

You can’t go wrong when booking with Machu Picchu Peru Travel. It is without a doubt the best travel agency I’ve dealt with.
I had a problem with a different agency that cancelled my Machu Picchu excursión one day before I was supposed to go. You would think it would be impossible to solve that, but I contacted Tania from Machu Picchu Peru Travel and within an hour provided me with different options to solve my problem.
Tania is extremely diligent and responsible, she was available every single moment of the trip and constantly checked in to see how everything was going.
Our guide Willy was amazing, he provided valuable insight and data from the site, suggested the best places for photos and, in general, was a great guide.
I’d also give kudos to Rosita, who, even thought briefly assisted us getting of the train and into our hotel, was extremely nice and helpful.

We went for this tour during our visit to Cusco and Machu Picchu. Very Well Organized and relaxed tour of the seven wonder. Tania came a day before and provided us all the details, tickets etc.The tour guide Cathay was awesome and was very patient, no rush and took a lot of pictures for us, The driver picked us up at 5:30 am and dropped us to the train station. Tania had booked for us the Vistadome Inka Rail which was fantastic. Cathay was waiting for us at the bus station and guided us at the Machu Picchu Site which was approximately 3 hours. Lunch was not included but she had recommended one of the restaurants after the tour ( around 1 pm ) which was very nice. It was cloudy day and lot of fog which cleared away and we could see beautiful views of Machu Picchu. Most importantly, this is a private tour. Most other tours we saw would leave early and drop off late.The duration was just perfect. We were back by 7pm. Tania met us at the end of the tour and got us a few goodies and that was sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend it!!

There are many options for tours from Cusco to Machu Picchu, however you should just go ahead and book this tour.
Our tour coordinator Tania was incredible to work with. She made the entire experience really easy and was incredibly responsive. She was very communicative and answered any questions immediately.
Our tour guide Wily was a lot of fun and really knowledgeable. He provided great information, took us to great spots, and took tons of great photos.
I can’t recommend them enough. Everything from airport transport, train tickets, bus tickets, Machu Picchu tickets and reservations were reserved, coordinated, and perfectly executed.

- si los recogemos y dejamos de regreso en el Hotel.
- claro que se les puede atender a todos juntos , se maneja un grupo privado solo para los 7
- llevar ropa ligera para los dias de sol pero siempre llevar una chaqueta o abrigo para el frio ya que hay cambios de temperatura por la noche.
