Alonso was our kind & knowledgeable server. Delicious affordable food, great professional service even blankets to cover yourself if eating from the balcony on a cold romantic night. The kitchen is to your left when coming into the small inside eating area you can see all the fresh food being cooked in front of you. Go to this place you... More

Looking back at our time spent in Cusco, amongst a two day trek up to Rainbow Mountain, seeing Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley for the first time, we rate our experience with Jose / Marcelo Batata Culinary Experiences right up there next to everything else. Where else can you be taught how to handle a flaming wok while sipping on... More

My wife at I stayed at Cusco for a night on our way to Machu Picchu. We had a free afternoon so we signed up ahead for this culinary class. It was the best decision. We learned so much about the local ingredients and fruits, ate alot of good food, and had a blast cooking with the wok. The class... More

From the moment we walked in, got the history of the Peruvian culture, what makes the Peruvian cuisine so unique this experience just kept getting better and better. We made a delicious ceviche, a pisco sour tasting and ended the day with Lomo saltado. Amazing. We all got to do everything ourselves and the 4 hours flew by. I had... More

A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon of Peruvian cuisine and gastronomy, which includes knowledge of Andean culture and grains. All hands on board with preparing and cooking a varied range of tasty morsels. Educational and lots of delight and laughter shared by all. Our excellent chef Joseluis was both entertaining and generous with his expertise. The drinking and cooking experience with Pisco... More

日本語のレビューは下に。 We really enjoyed to learn how to cook the Peruvian cuisine including ceviche. The instructor is really nice and wonderful person, and taught us Peruvian food amazingly. Even though you don't have any experiences to cook before, don't worry just have fun! You will be great Peruvian chef after 5 hours cooking class!
