Dos Manos organised trip to Tres Cruces and it was easy to find the minibus and quite comfortable. The guide was very helpful and we also had a nice breakfast on the top of the mountain with amazing view. Trully unforgatable experience. I can highly recomend as staff are super friendly and helpful and they can organise stress free trip for you (-:

We visited Moray and Maras and our guide Jerry was excellent. He answered to all our questions, he spoke English fluently he was kind and he new a lot about the sites we visited. He took us a lot of photos and he gave us extra information about the Peruvian people and their way of life.

I used Dos Manos Peru for the Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu. Not only was the guide great and extremely imfomative, the cooks prepared some amazing food that I didn´t realize was possible at 4,000m! The trek was so professionally organized and that I recommend Dos Manos to everyone looking to trek to Machu Picchu.
They offer a comprehensive number of tours of Cusco and the surrounding area as well, and having done a number of these, I would say they are extremely good value for money. A friend I met in Cusco had a similarly glowing review of his time on the Classic Inca Trail. If looking for a professional service and excursions around Cusco or to Machu Picchu, I unreservedly advise you to go with Dos Manos Peru.

#1 --- Isent money and e-mail showed that I send it
I phoned Luciana two days after then she asked me to send money again.
#2--- Changed itinerary
She sent me different itinerary after I sent money.
*Original for Machu Picchu 3 nights tour
1st day---Cusco, 2nd day---Aguas Calientes, 3rd day --- Cusco
However she sent me 1st, 2nd and 3rd day in Cusco
Luciana said ---Sorry, I put the Hotel in Cusco, the excel just repeated the same name from hotel above, I can change that no problem!
This is not professional job. If I don't look itinerary that we have to stay in Cusco for 3 days.
#3--- So slow reply from my question
I asked her few times since Aug.1 to get me trip itinerary as soon as possible include the Vistadome train #, time schedule etc.
*This is e-mail from Luciana in Aug. 7
So sorry for the late response!
No, is not a tough request, is just that when I make a booking I send to my colleague to make all the reservation, so I asked her to the confirmation of times and as soon as she confirm that to me, I can sent to you.
I can't believed that she should do everything about our trip. Anyway I haven't any respond about trip itinarary yet.
I use many travel agencies and this company is one of poorest service
after they received the money.
I used a another agency few months ago but I am going to Machu Picchu with friend who speaks in Spanish so I picked up this agency but ?????

So disappointed in this travel agency. I have been studying Spanish at the school, and am happy with the teachers there, but I regret booking anything through their travel agency Dos Manos.
I did the Salkantay trek, which was awesome, but I got barely any information about it and the little I got was only just before leaving even though I requested the briefing earlier.
I booked the rock climbing program but when getting to the school at 08:30 no one knew anything. Someone called a person from Dos Manos who then had to confirm the climbing (which was booked over a month ago, so I don't understand why they would need to confirm it the day it's starting). It's a train wreck which I don't wish on anyone.
They are not in the slightest bit interested in listening to my complaints, and their only excuses are that "things happen". When I said that I am very unhappy since I've spent a lot of money on this, one person said that this is just how Peru is. Very understanding. So my first day of climbing I missed half the day and they "will discuss compensation". I really don't understand what there is to discuss, I didn't pay to sit in their office waiting for two hours.

Because of the limited time I had in Peru I booked the 1 day tour with 2 manos on a very short notice.
This was a very good experience. I was picked up on time and the tour went the way I expected it to be.
Next time I travel to Peru I will book my trips again with them.

We scheduled 2 tours with them. Sacred Valley tour was alright, we ended up getting in over an hour late which screwed up our travel plans later in the night. We then were supposed to do the mountain biking tour. At the last minute the moved the time up two hours to 7am pick up. We were picked up at 650am then made wait in the parking lot until 720am while the guides figured out transportation. One guide then settled on taking us by public bus. It was obvious that it was not organized at all and we felt uncomfortable and unsafe where they took us. We decided not to do the tour and were then told that we could get no refund because everything was already planned. Even though the guides told us they had been told little information before picking us up. Not worth it at all, each tour had extra entrance fees(which were not clearly stated or specified in the voucher), organization was poor, service and guides were just mediocre.

Anna at Dos Manos worked very hard to put together our transportation, guide, Peru Rail, bus to Machu Picchu and tickets with a private guide in MP.
We booked our own flights and hotels in Cusco and Machu Picchu.
The drivers were always on time the guide was knowledgeable. He did tell me that the paths at one site in the Sacred Valley was an easy walk and that I did not need by walking stick. NOT good advice. If you have bad knees you will need the stick for assistance.
We spent one night at the Sonesta Hotel in Cusco to get acclimated to the altitude. Did an easy walk to the main plaza and had a light lunch.
The next day our guide picked us up and we toured the Sacred Valley with stops at the Pisac Market and two Inca sites. The one in Ollyantatambo was well worth the climb. They dropped us at the train station and on arrival we were met by our guide and walked to Gringo Bills Hotel. We discussed plans for the next day and our trek at MP. It was exceptional.
See my reviews on the Inca sites, hotels and restaurants on this 3 day adventure.

Fabulous trek, the 4 Day Inca Trail is forever in my memory! Everything was more than I expected. The guide was very friendly, encouraging and confident in leading. The food was excellent and the equipment great, with very nice tents and mats, my complements to the chef and the hard working porters. Thank you so much for such a great experience and adventure. I will recommend Dos Manos to everyone visiting Peru and/or Cusco!

I booked two full day trips through this travel company and both trips went very smoothly. I did a full day tour to Sacred Valley and a full day tour to Machu Picchu by Vistadome Train. The staff were all very helpful for all bookings. Additionally, if you are an Amauta Student (the travel agency is located within the Amauta Spanish School) you receive a booking discount.
The bus to Sacred Valley was running a bit late as others have said in their reviews. However, one thing I learned while living in Peru is nothing is ever on time and you must be flexible. This should be taken into account whenever scheduling excursions- it is wise to not schedule activities very close together because you most likely will not be on time.
With that being said, I was picked up on time, at 5:20am on the dot, from my hostel for the Machu Picchu day tour. The driver was very friendly and I am so glad I paid extra for the Vistadome Train. The views were amazing, the staff was friendly, and they even had a fashion show and dancing during the trip.
I would use this tour company again.
