Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited Moray and Maras and our guide Jerry was excellent. He answered to all our questions, he spoke English fluently he was kind and he new a lot about the sites we visited. He took us a lot of photos and he gave us extra information about the Peruvian people and their way of life.

Family of 4 with two boys 12 and 14. Great experience on a grade III river (up to grade V during the rainy season). Our boat master was very experienced and capable to maneuver the raft through the very technical rapids. Good equipment and use of safety kayak. All in all good fun even for experienced rafter like our family. Facilities include shower and sauna (local standard). Good food and tea provided. Lowlights: not waterproof container on the raft for valuables or camera, long ride from Cuzco (2h) and you have to pay extra rental for the neoprene boots (15 PEN) which should be included in the US60 for the trip.

We booked the Jungle tour with Dos Manos tot Machu Picchu. It was a great tour with, biking, raften, walking and ziplining. Our guide Luis was very helpful and nice. Our guide at Machu Picchu was very competent. The agency was also very helpful and answered al our question. We even got some money in return, because we took a cab from the trainstation back to Cusco. I can recommend the tour and this agency!

We booked three activities with Dos Manos after one of our friends used them last year for excursions and was really happy with their service.

Communication in English before our arrival was easy and straightforward. Margaux helped us and she was such a gem! She helped us navigate which activities would be best for us and answered all our questions. We paid 50% of the deposit prior to arriving and the remaining balance once we got to Peru.

We chose to do: Machu Picchu by train, Moras-Moray and Palcoyo (alternative rainbow mountain trek).

Machu Picchu by train was a long day from Cusco but obviously worth it. We chose the vistadome train with nice windows and snack and drink provided onboard included in the ticket price. Well worth it! Our guide in Machu Picchu spoke English well, kept our group together and answered all our questions.

Moras-Moray was well worth the price! We stopped for some shopping, had a great guide and loved seeing the more country side of Peru.

Palcoyo was incredible and we were glad we chose this version over the more popular rainbow mountain. The altitude is relatively the same for both but Palcoyo is an easier ascend in less time. Our guide made sure everyone was feeling good the whole way. Lunch was provided and as a vegetarian I had plenty to eat! (actually one of my favourite meals in Cusco to date!)

Overall we were thrilled with our outings and so glad Dos Manos took care of literally all the details. Easiest bookings we’ve ever done! No hesitation will use them again.

We booked two trips with Dos Manos (Inca Jungle Trek and Lake Titicaca). From the responsiveness of the communication in booking our trips to the excellent guides we had on our trips, we were extremely satisfied with our experience with Dos Manos. The guides Dos Manos work with are extremely knowledgable and take good care of their clients. The accommodations and food provided as part of the tours were even better than expected.

The staff - I worked mostly with Indie - were very helpful and honest with their recommendations and also helped me think through logistics regarding luggage storage and transportation, even outside of the dates of our specific tours.

The next time we go to Peru, which I hope is some time soon, I will definitely use Dos Manos for our travel arrangements!

I booked three tours with Dos Manos in Cusco!
First I did Palccoyo Tour. We had a great guide who was very undestanding when you felt a little bit bad because of the altitude!!
For a weekend trip I did the Sacred Valley tour and the next day Machu Picchu. Everything was well organized, we never had to wait because someone was always waiting on us with a sign with our name on it, which I loved!
Cusco is a beautiful city but these trips made it even better! And Machu Picchu is a must do tour in Peru!

Thank you Dos Manos!
