You can rent boats here, sit by the fountains, view the stars when the night sky is clear, and just hang out and chill near downtown area. Definitely a nice place to take a break from the traffic and city.

This dirty and run-down park does not offer much to the visitor. There might be some good photography opportunities for all the local action but other than that, not really worth making a special trip.

Aside from the huge sculpture, the park has a climbing tower and small pond with a bridge over it. It also houses the astronomy observatory.

We went for a 4 mile run through the park on a Sunday morning. It had a nice paved path throughout for bikes and runners. Lots of people out enjoying some morning exercise.

Very busy around lunch time. Great little food stands with delicious selections (I chose hot food that I got in a disposable bowl with a plastic spoon - sorry) and I did not get sick: BBQ pork, corn with a delicious marinated tomatoe and onion...More

This park doesn't have any playgrounds, but there is a pond with rental pedal boats and canoes. The pedal boats are $2.50 USD. Plenty of food vendors with some really excellent offerings. Many restaurants all around the park. Very close to the Ecovia, metro bus,...More
