Historic Old Town Quito is beautiful with so much character and architecture. Be sure to visit the many wonderful restaurants, historic churches, and businesses. I was only able to spend about 3 hours but could have spent more time visiting the area.

We only spent a week in Quito. And the Old historical district was the highlight. Extensive history worth reading about, I also did a video on my you tube channel about it. Ask Brofessor

A great place to visit, has many fantastic churches and is a live center of city. I enjoy it specially after 8 at night when there are less people but most places are closed.

Quito old town has a lot to offer and can be accomplished on foot if desired. There are a plethora of beautiful and magnificent churches, of which most have been converted to museums. The main square is typically Latin American in layout and structure, with impressive buildings on each side. There are many hills so you will definitely burn calories!!... More

Well worth the visit. Walking the streets and seeing the sights is fun. The locals are fun to watch and they are enjoying the sights as much as you are. Plenty to see and do. Very good restaurants. If you have a day and want to see what Quito is all about, this is the place.

Walking around the Old Town of Quito is fun, and you can find many nice places: Plazas, Museums and Churches. Just enter any place that looks interesting.
