Loved the old town of Quito. Especially the central plaza de la independencia. Could people watch for hours here.

Everyone who comes to Quito needs to make the trip to the old town. Tiny quaint restaurants, large open squares, very old churches, changing of the guard in Plaza Grande are only a few of the interesting sights. Bring good sturdy walking shoes.
