Great view of Quito, especially on a clear day. Interesting museum showing how the Virgin was built, with some size comparisons.

This is a wonderful place for city views. From all vantage points you can see the city below and you can grab a snack or just take it all in!
Must place to visit it's almost like the famous Rio de genero , but with ocean and the lights in the night looks really awesome .

It cost $4.00 for a taxi from the old town or for fit people you can walk up for free. There are good city views from the top of the statue or the surrounding parkland. It is worth paying the $1.00 entrance fee to explore...More
Kind of a weird statue, but it is worth visiting on a double decker bus. The view was amazing and great for taking pictures of the city of Quito.

The statue itself is very nice in it's own right, but the views are fantastic to boot. Well worth the time. A must see in Quito
