Official Quito travel guide app lists this but it's closed and no information available at the premises. Such a disappointment! Went round and round the building in search of an open door without any luck.

Closed and no information there about when it will open. Strange as you can walk round for ages trying to find your way in and then when you finally do, it's closed!

Closed as of August 2016. We were told by a local street vendor outside of the Casa de la Cultural complex that it was not scheduled to reopen until October.
