This church is gorgeous! Amazing. however the gold door is meant to keep the unbaptized out. i was able to get in so ita no longer working

Beautiful church. If you in the old town, go inside. We visited the old town on Good Friday so it was difficult to look around because the church was very crowded. But from what we were able to see, the interior is beautiful.

presently the área near by is under construction for the metro. the church is impressive and has a number of statues.there is a tourist gift store and restaurant beside it.

Worth stopping by and if you have guide learn the important history. Lots to see in old town, this building included. The gift shop is run by artists for artists so it is a decent place to spend $$
