This is a cute little museum dedicated to a local cartoonist, Lukas. He draws interesting little figures, some of whom you can see on the outside of the Museum before deciding to go inside.

Stopped by this place and sadly was hoping for just a little more. The art work is nice and unique, but nothing that special. I particularly loved the house and the colors.

Great place to go to view the works of Lukas. We saw a mural inspired by him so came here and enjoyed it.

Located in a nice place of Valparaiso, with a breathtaking view, the Fundacion does have some of the printouts from famous draftsman (and political commentator) Renzo Pecchenino. There is only one large room (second floor, no lift) with about 50 drawings and watercolors. The rest...More

Lukas or Enzo Pecchenino was a caricaturist that take the best pictures of valparaiso and its inhabitants. Dont miss it. Its cheap and you can buy nice pictures.
