I love cooking, I love learning new things, and after that experience I love the Chilean traditional dishes. Just do it, read the other comments it is all true. I had a great time with Inés and an American couple.

We enjoyed shopping at the local market, learning about the ingredients, getting hands on instruction for making the dishes, and an enjoyable dining experience with our instructor and fellow students. Chilean Cuisibe even accommodates any dietary need you may have.

Nice workshop. The cooking is mainly cutting and food assembly. So the real cooking on the stove is done by the staff.
