very clean, great infrastructure, lot of green area, good for workout and relax. Near by good shopping areas, and includes a good restaurant-bar (Mestizo) just on the corner of the park (perfect terrace to enjoy on a nice weather day)
Yes. One of the best urban parks I have visited. Very nice. Landscape is amazing. Green areas are excellent for the whole family. The view of the mountains is great. Nice for a picnic and quite afternoon aside the river.

Beautiful park, and highly recommended. Large area, and if you have kids you can let them run around. Fairly quiet, and not packed with people. Good spot to take pictures, so I would bring a camera as well. Solid spot for picnics or dates.
