This a very good zoo, we saw elephant, giraffe, lion, tiger, monkeys, penguin... There were a lot of animals, a good visit, mainly if you are taking kids. Pay attention to the stores that sells water and restrooms because there are a few of it....More

The zoo is not that big but it has nice collection of animal. And there is a nice small cable way which gives you a good view on Santiago valley and snowy mountains around.

The zoo is located next to the funicular, and is at four different levels along the mountain side. So it means you can look at the animals from above and below, whcih gives a quite nice view. Great to see all kind of animals Chile...More
