Located underground, the cultural center hosts rotating exhibits. While there take a few minutes to visit the local craft shop which is a mile ahead of any typical craft shops. High quality artisanal products from around the country can be seen and purchased.

During our visit we were able to enjoy a beautiful Picasso exhibition from the Picasso Museum in Paris.

We came here as a last minute activity and saw the Picasso Exhibition. The building is beautifully designed and the cafe served great food that was well suited to our vegetarian tastes.

As a foreigner the price is 5x that of a local, that is fine however if you want to charge me as such as expect the descriptions to be in dual language. Oh and there is a distinct lack of local art, bar some tiles - there was an awful Chinese exhibition on. Longest line was for a photo with... More

An unplanned visit gave us an unexpected opportunity to view a Picasso exhibition! Having travelled from New Zealand, felt like this was a once in a lifetime opportunity to see Picasso's work. We were not disappointed! We ended up seeing a collection of sketches, paintings, and sculptures which were created over Picasso's life! Although some signage was in English, it... More

There is not that many places offering international exhibition. Here is the case. During mornings, (during week days) the entrance is free. I went to the China exhibit. Really good!

My teenage son was whinging the whole way that the changing of the guard at Moneda Palace would be boring, etc, afterwards he promptly turned to me and sheepishly said "Actually mum that was quite good". It was a shame we had a meeting to go to so we didn't have time to tour inside. The tour is free but... More

If you are into Arts, Exhibitions, or Culture you must come and visit this place, which is by the Presidential Palace. It's easily reached by Metro. The nearest station is La Moneda, on LIne 1. A few weeks ago, I enjoyed a delightful exhibition about Old Egypt. It's a great place where you can hide from the relentless Sun outside... More

This museum was a surprise. Our private guide took us down into it after viewing the changing of the guard outside of the presidential palace. Massive atrium and adjacent galleries all behind and under the palace. China's Forbidden City exhibit was being shown and the atrium was a buzz with local kids having a Kung Foo demonstration along with Asian... More
