I love spending time at museums, and the Fine Arts Museum at Santiago really impressed me. The architecture, how well maintained it is, how attentive the staff is, and the fact that it gives free access to students (with your student ID) is amazing. Although...More

Pretty okey museum with nice art though it left us saying “is that it?” - not a lot to see. They have a lot of unused area. The things that are there are nice though :) but it’s free so that’s nice!

I have just taken the longest flight in my life to this beautiful country name Chile. While I am waiting my hotel room ready for my week occupation. I decided to pass my time in this museum , firstly it’s purely free for all. The...More

This museo is an excellent and free worthwhile trip. The size is perfect. You can spend 1-2 hours in there, see the entire space and all the exhibits. You'll leave feeling inspired and renewed. I found that after this first day of exploration the remaining...More

The museum itself is interesting, but it doesn’t have a lot. The beautiful building itself is more interesting. Stroll around and look up. The wrought iron work is very lovely, 19th century I believe. It’s across a lovely park that is perfect for strolling. Just...More

I found this museum "right sized" and visitor friendly. I was admiring the museum building itself rather than its art collection.

The outside is wonderful Belle Epoque architecture, and we would have loved to see inside as well as the collection. But, it was mysteriously closed for three days. The guard at the door could give no explanation, only a shrug.

Enjoyed coming here - had a good mix of contemporary and classical art. Some really amazing exhibitions.
