Lushly landscaped, this surprisingly large hill and park always surprises. Views are fantastic, as are the historic buildings and follies within. Right in el centro!

We may have gone up the more difficult side, but the hike was fairly steep with some tough stairs. Overall, not that bad, probably worse because we went up mid afternoon when it was 90F outside. The view from the top is exquisite, a beautiful...More

This is an interesting place to visit, It has a mix of architectural styles and the layout is confusing but interesting. Well worth the climb to the top and the views of the city from this location.

The way up is not long and is pretty beautiful and lovely. Such a good view of Santiago from the top of Cerro Sta Lucia.

This place is amazing. Very safe area. The climb up the stairs will be a little hard if you are elderly but they have many different paths. On the top the view of Santiago is amazing. They usually have one or two people selling ice...More

Thank Heaven that in the 1870's these folks had the visit to create this shrine/park in the middle of this now 6 million person city. You are taken to another world while climbing up the steps and paths to the top. Wow, such beautiful structures,...More

A short climb gets you free and excellent views of the city. It was one of the best places we visited in Santiago.
