Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Frutillar seemed like a dream place to me, one of the most beautiful we visited on this trip to Chile. Its waterfront is too beautiful. With a beach with calm waters, the theater on the shores of Lake Llanquihue and the finishing touch that is the Osorno Volcano. Many bars and restaurants along the coastal strip and an atmosphere that invites you to stay,

A nice walk to see the lake and Volcano in a sunny day, and also it's also easy to get here by bus from Puerto Varas.

Our tour dropped gave us 45 minutes in Frutillar. Not enough time for a restaurant or the museum. We took a leisurely walk along the waterfront. There is a pier to walk out over the water and a steel piano for photographs. There are a number of German style wooden buildings facing the water.

We took a leisurely stroll along the waterfront on our way back from the Museo Colonial Aleman. The place is clean with no rubbish. There is a scenic point with a piano for your picture of the lake

Clean and no graffiti in sight. Delightful area to stroll after the museum visit and a lunchtime snack. Most of out tour group had similar ideas, two liked it so well that they missed the bus. Not a great number of other persons in evidence, probably lunch time in Frutillar. Some nice metal signage and small art. No one dared to swim. Sun shining from a clear sky after the morning mist and fog. All was well with our world.

The coastline is well maintained and a perfect place to enjoy the town and see the main attraction of Frutillar. As you walk along you will see the pier and the cathedral and lots of shops where they sell lots of cakes, chocolates and strudel.

I loved the city, we walked through the Costanera and went to the multiple handicraft markets. There are also a lot of restaurant to eat. The teatro del Lago is also a stunning place to visit.
