    Absolutely beautiful
Marine Bay Gardens is a must visit whilst in Singapore. The Tree garden is spectacular and especially at night when they have a light show. Hawkers Food Market is available for you to have dinner whilst you wait for the light show. Aerial walkway gives spectacular views of the Tree grove and Gardens.
Hello! Thank you for your review. We are glad you had a great time at the Gardens and we look forward to having you back at the Gardens soon! Cheers, Amalina

    Light show at night
The night light show at Supertree Grove was the must. There were two shows per day: 7.45pm and 8.45pm. Better to lie down to enjoy the show. We were a bit lost because no signs to show where we should go to get to Garden by the Bay MRT.

    Iconic stop
Iconic stop in Singapore! These trees are magnificent! You must do the walkway between the trees, very cool experience. After you should go to the observation deck. It’s worth the elevator ride up to the top as it is one of the best elevator rides ever. At the top you learn about what these trees really do! Again gets crowded and hot so go early to enjoy the views in peace.

A different view from up here!
We were on a tour in Singapore that included admission into the Gardens by the Bay but we decided to purchase an additional ticket to visit the Supertree Grove Skyway as most company tours do not include this portion. We are glad that we did as it was not included--even though it was a timed 15 minute visit at the top of the Skyway, it was worth the visit as the views from the top offered a different perspective of the Supertree Groves that are located around the Skyway. It was hard to imagine all the lights lit up for the evening show from up here. Time your visit to the earlier part of the day, especially if you are visiting in the summer as the sun is behind the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and it will be difficult to get a nice decent photo of it. The 15 minutes is enough to walk through and get adequate amount of photo memories. Well worth an additional ticket to visit the Supertree Grove Skyway.

    Beautiful gardens
So much to see and just wander around. Beautiful animal sculptures scattered around so it’s like wandering around an artist retreat. Need a good weather day for this one. But take an umbrella in case you get caught out

    Unique and beautiful
It is lovely just to see these and especially to see the evening light show. We paid to go up the top of the largest “tree”. The observation deck is fine but views are spoiled by the metal canopy. Heading back to the lift we noticed a concrete staircase to the left which goes up to a separate viewing deck with uninterrupted views. The signage is very poor and many folk missed it with the result that the much better viewing area is less crowded.

    Beautiful urban oasis
Just a beautiful place to spend an evening. It was beautifully lit, especially so as it was Chinese New Year and VERY busy. If crowds and hustle, bustle are not your thing then best to go during the day time but I feel that the charm is with the evening and the beautiful lighting. It is worth queuing for to enter the grove itself.

Don't miss the beauty of the night!
Don't miss the nightly laser light show here. There are lots of seats available here, the large area means visitors are not crowded. The beauty of the light decorations, especially on the giant tree, will keep you from leaving this place.

    Great place for free
Must See in Singapore! The Supertree Grove itself is free of charge and you should definitely check it out. We came twice during the day and onceat night. Since we were there during Chinese New Year, there was special decoration there. Usually there are two "show times" during the evening. I honestly was a bit underwhelmed, we waited for over an hour and the show was only five minutes. Plus the trees were not really illuminated after the show, which we didn't understand. It it still worth going to the show, I just expected more.

    Go Early for Light Show
My wife and I went to the 7:45 pm light show. It lasted about 10 minutes and was quite impressive. The music was from various operas the night we went. They change the program every few weeks to a month from what I read. We arrived about 5 minutes early and the place was packed with everyone taking photos. It was very difficult to work our way through the shoulder-to-shoulder crowd. I also recommend seeing the other sights prior to the light show as most close @ 9:00. We had time to see the Cloud Forest but not the Flower Dome.

The view from the top is amazing - 360 deg view to the gardens and back to Marina Bay Sands. I would recommend going both in the day and at night as they are two completely different experiences. Expect a hoard of people and phones everywhere so get there early before the masses. Suggest pre-purchasing tickets online as you save some $$ and allows you to walk into the queue to go up rather than having line up for tickets inside as well.

The amazing variety of nature on display in the domes is the real highlight of the Gardens by the Bay, but while you're there, the super tree grove is worth a visit. These trees actually serve an important ecological function in the gardens.

The Supertree Observatory opened on 27 December 2019. At 50 metres high it is twice the height of the Skywalk. There are both inside and outside walkways. It has great views across the Bay and towards the city, as well as of the Marina Bay Sands. If you're keen for photos, however, the views are obstructed by the supertree itself.

Entry is $14, compared to $8 for the skywalk, however unlike the skywalk the tickets are not timed and you can stay up there as long as you like. It gives a good/different view of the light show at night and wasn't too crowded (although had only been open a week so may not be well known yet). There is a small cafe/bar up there as well, although minimal seating.

Supertree Grove is part of Gardens by the Bay and is free to visit. It costs $8 if you want to do the Skywalk.

The best time to visit is at dusk so you can see the trees all lit up at night, and you can enjoy the nightly light music show.

I was there at Christmas time and they played Christmas music as part of the nightly light and music display.

Well worth the visit.

The skyway promenade is short but well worth the visit especially if taken early when the crowds are thin. There. Is a lift up and down for those who do not fancy stairs.
There is an evening lights display to music which is both rousing and elegant. Many lie on their backs on the ground to fully appreciate the spectacle. Definitely worth taking in.

These gigantic metallic trees soar well over 25 to 50 meters. These stellar structures are design to convert solar energy to provide air conduits to the adjacent observatories and to light up the light panels for the sound and light show each evening. They are amazing during the day to gaze upwards at these trees. It is also amazing to see the tropical vines and flowers that are intertwine around the trunks of these structures. The soaring branches high up offer some shade for visitors below. The spectacular feature begins at night during the light and sound show. All the structures light up in amazing colors and changes to the tempo of the music. Once again there is no admission to this area and you can wander around for as long as you want or just come before the show begins.

This would have to be the best free show in all of Singapore. If you only have one night in Singapore, this is a must see. There are two shows per night with lights and music and while you are waiting, you can pay $14SG to go up on one of the skywalks. This is a must for photographers. We went back three times to enjoy the park and the show. High recommend.

Singapore has so much astounding and truly creative architecture per square kilometer that putting more in their park by the harbour might have been forbidden. Yet there they sprout. One has no need to imagine Sci-Fi cities of the distant future. Take in the Super Trees' light show at dusk, the Garden's domes behind you, the iconic Marina Bay Hotel silhouetted ahead and you are there now.

An absolute must see for anyone staying in Singapore. The Supertrees are impresive to look at during the day and then come to life at night when they are lit with thousands of lights set to an impressive music score. View them for free day or night, you only need to pay for the sky bridge between the trees if you want to view the trees and surroundings from another perpective.

This 'exhibit' is really something. It is very unique, so well thought out, clever and colourful in it's presentation and highly entertaining. It last for approximately 15 minutes. I would reccommend getting there around 10 minutes before the start of the show, as there is very limited seating, that being a few benches and the low walls around the garden. We arrived just as it started and had to sit on the ground. Following the show there are some delightful gardens to walk around that are very well highlighted along the way. I would also recommend the walk back over the bridge to ( and through ) the Marina bay Sands Hotel. We travelled in by cab as we were staying in town, so the way back for us was through the hotel. A very enjoyable experience all round, and what's more, it's free from ground level. NOTE There is a charge if you want to view the show from the elevated walkway, which would ( I imagine ) give one a very different perspective.

This is a wonderful Series of gardens totalling approx 100 hectares It’s a fabulous free place to visit at anytime but it’s evening when it is at its most spectacular. The trees are lit up and there are numerous different gardens to walk through as well as art installations. Why not head over there in time to catch the light show at 7:45pm and 8.45pm daily, stroll through the gardens and maybe grab something to eat in one of the eateries there. Not to be missed!
