This is the black version of Raffles, located outside the Victoria Concert Hall. It is distinct from the white statue of Raffles which is located along the river. The 2 statues are quite similar in size and a quick visit to both should be sufficient.

The statue is located right in front of Victoria Theatre & Memorial Hall. To get there from Merlion Park, you need to cross the Singapore River, either through Cavenagh Bridge (pedestrian-only) or Anderson Bridge.
