Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is the most brilliant part of Changi airport in my opinion. To be able to pass the time in what would otherwise be a gruelling 10-20hour layover, watching relatively new movies in the cool quiet cinema and resting my feet at no expense. In addition to the food and shopping options (and ofcourse Jewel), this would be my most favourite among Changi’s amenities that it offers to tired travellers in transit as it gives so much peace and quiet from the crowds.
The movies are all pretty good too! So grateful to be able to make long layovers bearable here over the years of tiresome flights and travelling back and forth which is why I make Changi my airport of choice when having to book long connections.
Highly recommend!
(If you do visit, please respect the place and throw away your rubbish instead of blaming the hardworking staff who work round the clock)

Great way to kill a few hours. We arrived at 2 am and most of the stores were closed. There is a smaller theatre at terminal two however the one on terminal 3 is a full sized theatre. Comfortable seats. Movies showing are generally less than half a year old.

This theatre is accessible by sky-trains from T1 & T2 - movies run 24/7 although I couldn't find any session times yesterday.

Watched The Martian and the first 5 mins of Alvin & the Chipmunks...not really my scene.

The theatre seats around 100 people although there were only 10 or so while I was there.

There is a large digital clock next to the screen which helps keep an eye on your boarding time. If you are catching flights from T1 or T2 allow at least 40 minutes minimum to return your terminal and gate.

If movies were listed by screening time it would be more practical to plan your time. Also it would help to find a kid friendly movie if you have children.

If you need directions ask the information booths in any terminal for assistance to find the theatre.

It was super nice to catch a movie while waiting for my flight! The movies are on for free, 24 hrs. We went to T2 movie theatre. Really cool!

Very nice to be able to watch a movie on a layover. Theatre is located in terminal 3, top floor, at the end by the hotel (above Burger King). Check the website for what’s showing and times. Only downfall, no popcorn.

Small, quite, relax. Must go there when you have long layover. Don't sleep here because this place is very relaxing and cold. Free.

The movie theater is just on of the many free attractions at the entertainment deck area. They thought of everything and the seating is like sitting on your sofa watching movies at home, a great way to relax and watch the latest movies.

FREE movies, what more can you say? Makes transit a little less dull. New movies starting round the clock, comfortable chairs and nothing to pay. Thanks Changi!

It is like a real cinema, just smaller. Seats were comfortable. If you have a long wait in Changi, it is worth going there first to check what movies they have. I think there should be 5 - 6 different movies screened the day I was there, at different times in the day.

The place was dirty, rubbish was strewn around like cans and popcorn cartons. All in all, since we had a 12 hour layover and none of the stores were open, we sat through the movie
