Though this tour has lots of walking, however it was really fun and interesting. It was really well thought of how they plan the route with little surprises in between.

I’ve been to Chinatown so many times for drinks, for dinner, to show my visiting friends “culture”. But I find that, after this trip, I’ve been approaching this place as a tourist site, gentrified and hipster though it may be, it’s entirely wrapped in these...More

Simply excellent and I would recommend this unique play to all. We could see Chinatown from the eyes of the cast!

A wonderful production! The 2.5 hr just whizzed by as we immersed ourselves in the story. We were transported back in time to Kreta Ayer and for me, it brought back many memories of what it was like then. The actors (especially Fong Jie) were...More

Very immersive and well acted. However, do prepare to do a lot of walking and climb a considerable amount of stairs. Otherwise, it's well-organised and a compelling piece of theatre. Very different from the usual tourist stuff.

A really well thought out and fun way to relive history. Not a school lesson, but an emotional journey of a neighborhood

Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colourful
sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling
sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its
blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an
Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit
almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony
continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to
the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill.
