This brand is simply overrated and isn't what they really claim to be. The tea is overpriced and isn't any better than many other brands. Take a blind test and taste it for yourself.

Visited the Marina Bay store to buy a teapot. As a tourist, and leaving Singapore the next day, I asked if the teapot was available to be purchased at their airport store (then it would be cheaper because no duty paid). They said they called and it wasn't because it was a very small store etc. and if I bought... More

Like many other Americans, I don't care very much for tea. We are mostly coffee lovers. But, on my last visit to the Singapore airport, we were attracted by the displays of TWG, a company which specializes in gourmet beverages, and decided to take a look. The place is overflowing with different kinds of teas sold in cans designed to... More

Premium tea but also comes with a premium price tag, we normally buy the same flavour, Maroccan Mint, the taste is really great, but for chinese green tea I would go somewhere else. The service is always very good in all outlets.

So many to choose from and so many good ones. From traditional Earl Grey to the very high end white tea with gold leaves (very expensive), traditional chinese green tea to various infusion ones. Love the vanilla bourbon and marrocan mint, also bought the spiced chai and Japanese Genmaichai. You can buy by weight or by ready to use tea... More

Had brunch at TWG a few weeks ago in the Marina Bay Sands hotel in Singapore. Very cute restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The food was average, and service was a tad slow, however their macaroons are delicious. Each macaroon incorporate some sort of tea flavor. I generally wasn't tempted by the flavors, but was pleasantly surprised. Loved the Moroccan... More

The selection is so wide so even picky me found easily several tastes that I bought, and I liked the idea that I could choose between teabags and tea by weight. The shop is so delicate and inviting so I felt I had to come inside. It is really tempting store! But the prices are rather high.

Actually a "local" singaporean brand founded by 2 expats, and had a large infusion of investment from LVMH a few years ago.So one can find them everywhere in Asia now. There are actually 2 in Orchard Ion alone. To say there is a wide selection of teas is an understatement. The menu has like 500 different types. They also branch... More
