It’s definitely well worth the effort and taking the Mass Rail Subway to the Tejada Centre. You really can eat like a King here for not much money. The quality of the food and drink I had was as good as anything I’ve had in...More

The food is fantastic at the Teka centre! Brilliant food stalls and my favourite by far is Madina Mubaraka, really is a must visit for some of the best Indian food you’ll ever have!

Wouldn't eat here if they paid me. It was filthy. Stunk of everything from sweat to off meat and had sick looking birds running all over the food tables. We wondered the streets looking for a place to eat but nowhere looked interested in serving...More

With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of
Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander

decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful
shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge.
Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts

I haven't bought a saree in Singapore but there are certainly plenty to choose from at Tekka in many standards of quality. Find one you like then try your negotiating skills.
