The location of the terminal is convenient for travellers from Changi Airport and locals who live in the Eastern part of the island. It also offers people who drive to park there 24/7 if they are leaving Singapore for a short trip to one of...More

When I was last here in the 1990s, I thought this place was stuck in the 1980s. It's still stuck in the 80s.
Maybe Killiney Kopitiam has moved in so there is an eatery there. That's about the only saving grace.

Outside arrival hall there is one indian shop selling expensive bao. One red bean bao selling sgd $2. So disappointed why Singapore have this type of shop, this type of people, spoiling image of Singapore.
Immigration here seems a lot less efficient than Changi Airport or Marina Bay cruise terminal. If you can use the e-gates do so - no matter how long the queue seems. The lines move much faster.

Had taken a shuttle from Changi airport to the ferry terminal. The check in staff was very quick and courteous. The check in was over in a flash. The boarding process was also very easy going. Overall, a nice experience.

Hello. As there were two large groups of Chinese tourists with us, passing through Immigration was very slow. I think it took about 2.30 hours. Once we got into the taxi, we were reminded about the time difference which added another hour...got into the taxi at 12.30 and our flight was to leave for KL at 12.30pm! Fortunately the taxi ride was about 10 mins and fortunately the gate was still open for check in. There was a resident only channel at Immigration so perhaps they should also offer a non-group channel, as this would have made the process much quicker. Safe travels.
