I had lodged a police report on Singapore Sports Hub today regarding two different cases of money deduction from different persons bank accounts for the volleyball court bookings confirmed but cancelled and released booking to someone else without explanation. I followed proper booking procedure, payment, bank otp (with timestamp) and “booking confirmed”. Regardless of contacting the operators, their same replies were that they cannot do anything about it. The management did not reply upon request, I decided to lodge a police report for data collection in case there are unfair practices, poor system transparency and recovery. Singapore Sports Hub is causing confusions to allow duplicate bookings and inconvenience to people coming down to the courts at the same time.

The space was enormous, but the cuisine was very lacking. If you're thinking about buying food, I recommend bringing your own. The only thing that went right that evening was the courteous service and the way the personnel patiently listened to all of the concerns. Kudos to Chef Anthony, who took charge of the situation when there is a shortage of food. Unlike other stands where the service was nasty, Anthony made us feel welcome. Overall Standard Chartered Singapore Trophy 2022 was a great experience.
