It's kinda ironic to have a cigar lounge in Singapore where the city practically bans smoking every corner of the town. However the Olde Cuban is a place I have been patronizing for a while. Went back for an afternoon smoke with friends as it was a very relaxing cigar lounge you can ever find in the city. There are... More

Went there in 2014 with a friend who was a regular there(No longer). Then, the service was good until i went there recently, everything changed! We went up to the 2nd level because in order to get to level 4, you would need a key. Went up happily and saw the manager and asked him politely if we copuld go up to... More

Great selection of cigars... Actually incredible is the word... And a good range of whisky to match. Great service also. First time you go you'll struggle to find the entrance, and its somewhat "exclusive" but once you're "in" you will definitely go back again and again.

Located in the heart of Chinatown, this nook is on the 2nd floor of the typical shophouse. It is quite large upstairs , with several big rooms . You are asked to choose a cigar first, and then take a seat and order the whiskey. A large selection can be found in the menu. Overall ok ambience , but the... More

This may be a very good place, but today I just wanted to see what was the Olde Cuban about since I am Cuban, but after opening the door, the guy inside in a very rude manner told me that this was a club for members only. Just the very unfriendly way he treated me made my night very sad.... More

The Olde Cuban or OC (to regulars) appears to grow from strength to strength. When I last visited it, it was on the second floor above the zhi char stall. Now the second floor is the retail arm, leaving the third and fourth as the place to unwind. From the usual brands to some rare drams, this place has it... More

This is an amazing place for cigars and scotch. They also have a few rare whisekys that are definitely worth trying.

I was introduced to The Olde Cuban "or OC as it is affectionately known by regulars there" by my close friends who are cigars aficionados. We went to the 4th floor of the premises which I was told was reserved for regulars and VIPs only. First impressions was good! Comfy leather chairs, Old world décor, Wide range of cigars and... Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colourful sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill. There you’ll mingle with Singapore’s multicultural residents at the modern bars and restaurants dotting the bustling streets. An afternoon in and around Chinatown will leave you culturally enlightened, well fed, and loaded with souvenirs. In the evening, reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail as the locals come out to play.
