The Sentosa express is a free, hop on-hop off two carrige mono train, it runs every few minutes and is a no hasstle way of getting to the Island and across the Island. Your Hotel will give you a pass to access the trainfor free.

Just S$4/person gets you a ticket on this monorail and you can travel to and from all day. We spent the day on the island visiting various attractions and found the monorail to be very handy.

You can pay 4 Singapore dollars or can walk the boardwalk over for free and take the tram back for free as well, all depends on your comfort level. Either way nice views all the way around.

No, you have to buy tickets to get into Universal Studios. You can get these at Sentosa, just outside the entrance. The Sentosa Express costs S$5 from Vivo City, but once on Sentosa you can use it as much as you like.

Hi there, I've been there before10am (last Sep). Individual shops were closed when I arrived but escalators (and maybe some lifts) were operating. Just follow the 'sentosa express' sign and go straight to the 3rd floor ;)
