At 4 SGD for a return ticket The Sentosa Express is indeed the cheapest way to get to the Sentosa island. However very often the queues (for the tickets and to catch the monorail) are longer and the monorails are crowded. Fortunately the ride is...More

Runs every four minutes and seemed to be crowded every time we used. Quick way to sentosa island. Always clean and tidy, but this is Singapore! L

Reliable, convenient but very crowded as only two carriages even at rush hour so had to que for ages to get on. $4 charge covers return leaves from Vivo city mall.

There are four ways to get to Sentosa, Walk, Car, Cable car and then the Monorail. the monorail is a good service if you don't wish to walk, but it is often crowded. They could add another car to each train and would carry a...More

Prebnpk your tickets as the self service machines aren't always available and the queue is a long wait for the short queues. The ride is $4 each and you can stop at any of the stations along the way to the final beach stop.

We decided to take the monorail to Sentosa island and it was great. Very easy to find the station as it is in the shopping centre and it dropped us right at the beach - where we wanted to go. $4 each way was also...More

Although ride was short, the train was hot, stuffy and crowded. Kids were frustrated and moody enough already. I understand that the doors to the train are automatic and as a result, the staff are anxious for us to board the train. But some of...More

No, you have to buy tickets to get into Universal Studios. You can get these at Sentosa, just outside the entrance. The Sentosa Express costs S$5 from Vivo City, but once on Sentosa you can use it as much as you like.

Hi there, I've been there before10am (last Sep). Individual shops were closed when I arrived but escalators (and maybe some lifts) were operating. Just follow the 'sentosa express' sign and go straight to the 3rd floor ;)
