Invented in Rotorua (New Zealand) over 33 years ago and having hosted over 45 million rides worldwide, Skyline Luge Sentosa is a unique, wheeled gravity ride that provides riders full control over their descent on purpose-built tracks not before taking the Skyride to the top of the Luge track, where you will enjoy bird eye views of Sentosa Island and Singapore’s City Skyline. We have a brand new Skyride and four thrilling Luge tracks with specially designed features including hairpin corners, exhilarating tunnels and exciting downhill slopes. Take your pick between the Dragon Trail and Jungle Trail, or try one of our two new tracks of the Kupu Kupu Trial or Expedition Trial that twist and turn through the mystical forest - riding through the day or night! Place with the worst customer service. Was turned around 3 times as we could complete our luge because of rain. Scan qr code, send email call. Result - sorry come back next week. Every employee gives you a different answer!! The manager said our SLA is 5 days response time. When we showed that we had requested a date change on 27th Dec and today is 9th. Then the answer was we are receiving 1000 requests.

The luge was quite empty but we were told to come back at 5 pm. Last week we were told to come this Sunday. Anyways lesson learned. Please don't bother to queue up here.

The night luge officially starts at 7pm (through to 9.30pm) on Friday and Saturday.
You can book for 7pm but get there a little earlier before the masses arrive.

As you take the Skyride up the hill, you can look back over your shoulder and get great sunset scenes. The Luge itself is somewhat enchanting in the dark... with lots of different light displays to appreciate as you whizz down (all too quickly)... In fact, that's our only complaint.. the Luge rides seem to take only 1 minute or so. Like most theme park rides they are short while the wait is long!

However, the Skyride adds to the attraction (takes about 5 minutes) and even in the Christmas holidays, we found that one round trip took no more than 1/2 an hour.
We chose the 4-ride combo (the best value) and that translated to 2 hours of fun.
There are now 4 Luge "trails" although sometimes you get instructed to go down certain paths (because of crowd management).

If you finish your 4-ride combo in good time, you can book an extra Skyride-Luge ride at $5... well worth it for one last whizz!

Tried this for the first time with family of 1 teenager and 10 yo. Absolutely enjoyed the rides (bought tickets for 4 luge and skyline rides).
The blue trail is highly recommended if you don’t have young children.
Suggest an early start as the crowd starts to come in after 1pm and waiting time could be ~30mins at least.

The Dec crowd is just too huge to make it enjoyable. To have to queue 1 hr for a 5min ride is not fun.

We had 2 small kids who were exhausted after 2 rides n we asked the staff if we can just leave for a quick lunch n rest n be back to complete the remaining rides but we were td firmly that it is not allowed even though we had small kids with us. They said the only option is to give up on the remaining rides (why would that even be presented as an option to us?) We left disappointed.

I've given the luge a three star average rating as your experience seems solely to depend on when you visit.

First visit in December 2020 for my sons birthday. We bought tickets online and arrived to a huge queue outside the luge and down the road. It does not matter if you pre purchase tickets for a time slot, you are told to join the huge queue that they advise will take well over an hour! We had a lunch reservation elsewhere in Singapore so did not have time to queue for this long, so asked if we could use the tickets another time. Helpfully the lady from the luge said that was fine and you had a certain time frame (apologies I cannot recall)

So we revisited a few weeks later in January 2021 when local schools were back and it was much quieter. However, on this occasion, as my family were taking the chairlift up, it began to rain and then the luge was stopped. My family had to wait at the top in a long queue with very little social distancing and absolutely no communication or updates from the staff. With no seating at the bottom, I had no choice but to stand in the small amount o shelter and wait for them to ride. The whole experience for two luge rides took a very long time, which was a shame.

We revisited the luge as a family of four in September 2021 before government restrictions were about to begin again. This time, our visit was much more fun due to almost no queues and luckily no rain. We had three rides and enjoyed the different tracks. The staff are not overly friendly and my daughter who is seven could have had a little more help learning how to ride. She did manage to grasp it by her third ride though! We did all enjoy ourselves and if you manage to visit when it isn't busy, then you will have fun!

Booked 4 trips luge and skyride experience for the recent night rides. However due to the rain, the entire place was not able to operate and the staff told me to email for reschedule. It took them more than the supposed 3-5 working days to revert until my friend had to spam them with calls for them to reply.

When I was there, probably due to reschedule from previous week the place was jam packed of visitors with ongoing COVID measures in Singapore (but nobody seemed to even bother). Seems like they just accept bookings without taking into consideration the number of pax there. I reached at 7 and could only complete my rides by 9.30 during the closing. Adults and kids were frustrated and the entire planning there was just horrible.

Experience on the rides itself was really fun, had different lanes to try out, skyride at night was a cool breezy ride as well.

My kiddos were so excited to have this experience with Luge. Can book in advance or just right there (was there on weekends at 3pm). Equipment is old, some cracks, stealing wheels are loose need to be fixed.

Favourite part of the experience was being able to experience all 4 luge tracks - particularly loved the Expedition Trail with its thrilling corners :-)

Bought our tickets online and was surprised to see that there was a really good deal of 4 rides for 2 pax at 1-for-1 pricing!! :D Definitely recommend this attraction if you've yet to experience a luge ride before, one ride is definitely not enough of fun!

A safe and fun way for family and kids. Friendly staff are always at hand to assist. Only concern are seasoned riders who tends to sped through regardless of others' safety.

Went to this place for a birthday trip during 2020 July, it was a very exciting and fun experience for us, both on the ride up and the luge ride, but I can't help but think the staff there (just one staff actually) is a bit rude and racist.

We went to the place at night (I think it was an hour before it closes?), and we had our first ride down. Then when we went to take the second ride up, the staff asked us "where did you get your ticket?"

I wasn't sure why she needed to ask the question but I answered anyway and told her "I bought it online".

And then she asked again if we bought it at the top or bottom, I was very confused and I replied again I bought it online.

Then she just signed and turned to shout at her colleagues and said "These two Chinese" and dismissed us, gesturing us to get on the ride.

Because the ride doesn't stop, and there are people behind us so we didn't think too much and got on the ride.

But whenever I think of it now, I felt quite uncomfortable that she said "These two Chinese" as if it meant something. Not sure if she meant to convey that we're bad at English right in front of us or what, cause I don't think that information is relevant to anything, though if that were the case, that would be even more rude to the Chinese.

Not to mention we are not Chinese, but that's not the point here.

Afterwards, I think the reason she asked is that she wants to know how many rides we have left, and knowing where we took our first ride they could estimate how many customers there are left before they close service.

She could've just asked where we took on the first ride, top on the bottom that would be fine, instead she had to ask an inaccurate question and act like we're idiots when we can't provide the answer she was looking for.

Overall, great ride. I would come back again just to take the ride but I will always remember that racist staff. I can't help but imagine how they treat all the Chinese customers.
