If you want to jog and inhale fresh air, try this park. This is owned by Metropolitan Cebu Water District. The fee is just a minimum amount. The location is after University of San Carlos - Talamban campus.

It's a welcome respite when you get tired from the city's pollution and traffic. A perfect place for walking and jogging with family and friends. There is an entrance fee and parking fee, but very minimal. There is also a pool (separate fee) and several picnic tables. For outdoor events, there is a big stage and a sprawling grass field... This 'family park' is nothing sort of a horror story for the animals at the park's so-called zoo. The conditions that the animals are kept in are appalling and outright dangerous, the animals are clearly not fed a diet adequate to their well-being and they are in desperate need of medical attention. With little to no environmental enrichment provided, some... More

So the 12 of us adults and children travelled there in a 45 minute jeepney ride excited for a family day out. My Filipino gf and her family had packed a large picnic and were all ready for an enjoyable day out. When we arrived a small sign stated it was closed to the public on the Saturday 25th April... Location is just in Talamban, Cebu.. so it is very accessible... The place is just your typical park, trees here and trees there. Nothing much.. They have a swimming pool as well but not that big though... :p

This place has an affordable fee. It is a good place to unwind during weekends together with friends of families. During my visits here, I was with my colleagues. We were doing team building activities. There is a mini zoo for the kids. It is a good place to relax.

the problem with cebu is the lack of greens and parks in the city. Thus this place becomes an attraction for visitors. However, this does not make them a must see. There is not much to do here that cannot be done elsewhere. They have a swimming pool, but there are so many people on weekends, it becomes a wading... More

Tourist trap. The Filipino people are rude and push you out of the way to be first. Just like children. There is so much noise everywhere you cant hear yourself think.
