Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The rock outcropping lords the immaculately white beach and therefore attracts Insta denizens. Stairs lead to the grotto sheltering the Virgin Mary. People seem to like it, but I think it kinda gives a theme-park feel marring the virginal (pun unintended) land- and seascape. Boracay is better left in its natural state, like the Faraliogni in Capri and similar formations here at home off beaches in California. Heavenly presence, after all, is clearly viewed in the majesty of the entire scenario. Also, what was that smell around the rock?

Willy’s Rock is arguably Boracay’s most photograph landmark. It’s rocky outcrop that forms a tidal island with a statue of the Virgin Mary on top of the steps that are carved into the volcanic rock.

This rock was special shape and stand Maria's statue. The White beach was plain and no obstacle, This rock was only special one in White Beach. This rock was located in end of Station 1, and good to walk to there simply. But the way to go there, too hot.

Located at Station 1, Willy's Rock is somewhat of an iconic location (and the most photographed) on the island of Boracay. Best time to visit is during low tide, when you can wade over to it to visit the shrine, and at sunset so stay until sundown and watch the magnificent sun disappear behind the horizon.

One fine morning as we roam the beach of Boracay, my attention was caught by rocks on the beach, what really hold my attention was the Grotto of Mama Mary,a religious person that I am, I was really delighted. Because for me, images of Saints, especially Mama Mary make me feel secure. Willy's Rock as I later found, is so famous, It's one attraction in Boracay that you couldn't miss.

Is a small island with statue located there. Lots of tourist will queue up for photo shooting but I doesn't found any things so special. Beside, a lots of people are searching small crab nearby the island behind the rock which looks very fun.

Willy's Rock is exactly as the TripAdvisor brief description states. It is at the upmarket Station 1 part of magnificent White Beach - to the north of this stuunning and deservedly popular Filipino island.
While I walked past at about 1130 one day in the heat on the beautiful powdery white sand, one Filipino was clambering up its few steps, as the rock is only 10 metres or so from shore if that and easily accessible to those with normal mobility.
Vegetation grows from it and it actually looks quite attractive, and the statue of the Virgin Mary is in a small grotto.

Willy's rock is an interesting rock formation located on White Beach in Boracay. It's quite easy to get to and worth a visit, but be prepared for LOTS of people there as it can get very crowded there. There's also a statue on the top of it which I believe may be the Virgin Mary? Either way, it's a nice walk along the beach and the sunsets there are lovely!

This sacred religious site uprising on the volcanic rocks off north part of central white beach ,which can be reached by walking during low level of water is nice to visit at dusk to nighttime . VIRGIN Mary statue with blue background facing the shoreline makes security for christians, there is steps to climb up with lighti g at nighttime. STRONG winds of Hagabat season makes this place awesome ,even at dusk.

Is it right that Boracay is closed for six month?! What does it mean?! Tourists cant come to island or only not allowed to go beach or sightseeing?

Why is Willy's Rock location on the map inland? This is absolutely wrong. Please update the location on the map as it is absolutely misleading and deceiving tourists. Let's be responsible for the posting of this beautiful Boracay natural feature, please.
Thank you in advance for correcting the map posting mistake.
