Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place offers some activities for the adventurous and brave heart, like zip lining, spelunking, and mangrove paddling. Organized tours to the Puerto Princesa underground river usually include a visit to this place. The place is very rudimentary, with very simple and limited facilities.

Who would have thought that rock could be hollow that creates an echo when tapped? An introduction to Caving and rock climbing. The guides are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I visited slightly after the lunch hour and was the only guest there. The cave climbing was very easy and there is someone pulling you up from the top, so you don't need much effort. There is a need to squeeze between rock formation, so not suitable for body size above 120kg.

Once at the top, you can decide on the following:
1) Walk down the ugong rock
2) sitting Zipline (not allowed to carry any phone/camera as you need to hold on to the ropes)
3) Superman Zipline (you can carry your phone for photos and videos)

In both ziplines, there is a professional photographer taking a few photos of you from far. You can buy a print-out photo at 200p or get the full set of digital photos for 200p (they accept android phone for cable transfer).

It was fun climbing up to the top with the community guides. The guides' explanations of some parts of the cave make you understand its elements more. It's also a fun activity for anyone of any age. Also, when you reach the top, there is a zipline. They have two options for the zipline position: the sitting position and the superman position. All of the employees are very friendly, too.

I am no adventurer and I was really scared, but going on top of the rock and then "flying" down is an experience I will treasure for ever. Such fun!

Not too strenuous, and lots of fun with photo zones that they take pictures of. A small walk through the trees and a small cave-like structure. We went ahead and bought photos of us on the rock climb and the zipline because they looked great. I recommend this as a short stop on your trip. Hopefully your group members don't rush you too much.

I did this with my husband and four adult children. the climb up was fun, the guide was friendly ...and fast ...she spoke of interesting information but because she was so fast only the first 2-3 in the group heard anything she said.

The view was so beautiful - then it was time to be courageous and superman zipline to the landing platform. I was supposed to go first - wish I had but I went 3rd because I was nervous. My daughter went first and is sporty, fit and always up for some fun - it wasn't until we had all finished and were choosing photos at the end that I discovered she had a dreadful experience and was trying to hide it. The staff at the end of the zipline didn't have the breaks ready and didn't seem to know she was coming, they put the breaks out too late and she hit her head badly. Thankfully she was wearing a helmet, but even with the helmet on, she had a huge bump on her head and had a massive fright. The only protection from any hard landing is a tiny net. The staff at the landing didn't ask if she was ok - they all apparently looked at each other worriedly but not acknowledging what had happened.
I dont' reccomend this tour unless they improve their safety standards. Suggest radios so the landing guys know when a tourist is coming and are fully prepared.
Please understand I am not rubbishing the guide or the staff that initially assisted and helped with photos. One of the ladies at the desk was so beautiful and caring and made sure we had ice to put on her head. But the guys on the landing - not good - pay attention - and look after your visitors.
I wish you the best in encouraging this as a future safe and beneficial tourist attraction for your community - please improve your safety breaking.

Good: The cave was cool, the female guide through the cave was very lively, friendly and funny. It was a little bit dark in the back without torches though, so another torch would have helped.
Bad: Safety standards at the zipline are poor. There were a few male staff members waiting at the ending of the superman zipline. Although most of us enjoyed the duration of the zipline, my sister was the first in line and the staff were not ready for her landing. There are so many staff waiting there, so it's shocking that nobody was ready for her. They did not prepare the breaks in time, she was coming in quite fast and the impact caused her to hit her head quite badly (probably on the breaks), which resulted in a large bump on her head that was slightly bleeding even though she was wearing a helmet. They did not ask if she was okay, and did not apologise to her. They exchanged glances and were completely silent. The female staff downstairs were quite apologetic and offered her ice when they found out what happened.

This is a nice experience for everyone – families or friends, young or old etc.
Upon arrival you will see an instruction video and the you are equipped with helmet and gloves. After that a guide will take you up the mountain through a system of caves. Some parts are easy while some other are a bit tricky. But on the most tricky parts you will wear a harness and be secured from above. When you have climbed to the top you will have a nice view and the opportunity to purchase pictures taken along the way. Finally it’s time to buckle up to the zipline and fly down from the mountain. The zipline is not scary and is actually very comfortable. You can choose to lie down or sit and it costs 100 pesos extra too lie down. The whole experience will take maximum 30 minutes. The only negative feeling I had from here was that it felt like they wanted to get you through as fast as possible so there wasn't much time to enjoy the moment.

This place is sooo much fun!! We stopped here on the way back from Underground River tour and I'm so happy we did. I tried everything, rockclimbing, zipline as well as zipbike. I loved all of them.
The view from the top is priceless, the staff is nice, prices are quite reasonable. I wish I'd had more time there to zipline again. This activity was one of the highlights of my holiday in Palawan.
