Good here is that they allow the prisoners to live a normal life they also have livelihood program for them so when they leave the prison they will have something to do to earn a living.

the inmates roam around freely. Some, perhaps all, have jobs. Planting vegies, caring for the animals running a store etc. Ther are a number of animals running around. I saw cows, chickens,goats, dogs, cats.

Visited Iwahig for the morning specifically for birding, some good walks and forest trails. Had no problem getting access to the area.
