This is where we started our tour. I liked how the museum was organized and also liked that at the end of the tour, there is a short film on Palawan.

nice little building full of palawan's heritage. Information on animals, coral reef, ancient languages and show casing some artifacts as well.

50 peso admission. Located in the old City Hall building. Exhibits are on 2 floors and deals with the history of Palawan from caveman to the colonial period.

Some very interesting displays and interpretation in English Interesting sections in the native peoples of the islands with examples of their intricate handwork A small natural history section and a nice display of china and celadon ware recovered from wrecked ships Staff helpful and friendly

If you are interested in the history of Palawan spent some time in the musuem. We were alone in the place and had all the time to look at artefacts, pictures and reding some of the labelling. It's not sensational but we enjoyed our visi.
