What can I say ..... Thank you so much Evalyn. You were very helpful from start to end. We come to see you in your office to book a tour and a trip from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. Not realising that it was Sunday and afternoon closed but you helped us with our bookings and also provided us information for all the destinations we will be visiting in the Philippines.
Evalyn had told us that we can book tours in El Nido via her by sending her a message which we did, the service was to a very high standard and prompt in replying back with the bookings.

Contacted Palawan Van Rental and Tours via email before flying from UK. Received very prompt reply from Evalyn and every question asked she responded immediately. Found her to be very professionsl in all her dealings with me. Uppn arriving at the Puerto Princesa airport found the driver waiting outside with a welcome sign. Every time we booked the transport drivers turn up on time. We decided to book all our excursion through this company. Found their prices very reasonable and much cheaper than the hotel.
Our guide Joel Mohammed was superb. Super friendly and always smiling. He arranged halal food for us on all our excursions. In fact that was the only time we ate halal and spicy food. Usually we ate nothing but fish and veg. Joel was a top man.
I would highly recommend Palawan Van Rentals & Tours if you visit Palawan. Their service is faultless.

Really enjoy my time with them.
Honest and very affordable prices and will help with planning your trip. Good command of English. Will go with them again next time I go Palawan.

Utilized Palawan Van Transfer while on the island to get from the airport in Puerto Princesa to El Nido.
Safe, reliable services with excellent drivers to cover the 5 to 6 hour journey with a half way stop.
Well priced at 500 Peso a person including luggage.

I am writing this review to help travelers especially those who are based outside the Philippines to have the best choice for their tour in Puerto Princesa. Ms. Evalyn Racuya is so professional and all payments made thru my paypal account went so smooth that I was able to book and pay UR tour online. And voila! No problem on the day of the tour (February 14). Pickup service at the airport was on time based on the agreement and drop-off to terminal going to El Nido was also possible.

We booked a couple of private transfers through Palawan Van Rental, but unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute. Evalyn was amazingly helpful and responsive, both during the booking process, and when we had to cancel. We're very sorry that we missed out this time, but will definitely book with Palawan Van Rental when we eventually make it to Palawan. Thanks for all your help, Evalyn!

Can i just start by thanking this company for making my holiday amazing. From the moment we began conversations about tours the owner answered every single question I asked immediately and at 10pm that night he not only planned a trip for us the following morning for collection at 8am but he supported me In planning the rest of my week. Not in a way that benefitted him financially but in a way that suited me. He was the cheapest out of the hotel prices and tour leaflets I was given on arrival to airport (they even collect you from your hotel). We spoke for hours. He didn't just answer questions about tours. He called resturants for me and arranged me returning my vehicle hire over the phone that was nothing to do with him what so ever. The fact the company is cheaper and offers the same level of professional tour shows that the owner is simply in this to accommodate people visiting his wonderful country and not only to make money.
We did the underground river tour, the Honda bay island hopping tour and the City tour. All of which were amazing and I could not find one fault. The service was 10/10. I am a very critical person and ask alot of questions. At no point did I not feel I was not fully supported in planning my trip.
If you are booking a tour (especially if you are like me and hate tours but know that certain things in this country have to be done by tour for the need of a boat and permits) then please please use this company. Check my pictures from the tour.

When we arrived at Puerto Princesa, our driver/van was awaiting for our arrival to drive us to El Nido. The drive was a bit long but once we arrived at the hotel, it made it all worth while. The first all day tour began early next morning beachside. Please be aware that you need to walk towards your boat which may be docked away from the beach. So you will get wet during the entire tour from the start. The day is spent sightseeing, swimming, surfing, and walking on hidden beaches. I would recommend having a dry bag to keep your valuables and electronics dry, a pair of good water shoes since you will be walking on rocks, coral, and slippery waters edge, and lastly, consider wearing your bathing suit since these tours will get you soaked. Meal is provided on the boat and prepared by the crew(believe me, it's awesome) The captain, crew, driver, customer service, they are all as wonderful as you'd expect a company to be. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat and would call upon them again when we're in town.

I had a really great experience with this company (also know as Palawonderful Tours). Evalyn helped us book a private van from El Nido back to Puerto Princesa and was very responsive to all my questions. Our driver was very safe and professional. We originally booked the UGR tour but when it was cancelled due to the rain, Evalyn happily added me to the Honda Bay tour. Additionally one person in my group had to cancel and she refunded their money for the tour without question. Would definitely use this company again!

Overall, they provided hassle-free, and budget-friendly tour packages with friendly/professional drivers (Jonel) and tour guides to cater for your needs. The vans they provide are clean and well-maintained for customer's safety. If you want to maximize your stay around Palawan, the manager, Evalyn can provide very flexible itineraries for you, your friends, and/or family. This is my choice for an awesome Palawan experience!! Cheers and more power!
