From our place we just took the bus going to Pasar Baru. This place was really nice and you can find cheap Batik here and some other stuffs. It's a bit crowded but you just have to be vigilant especially in the very busy road....More

not much different with other ordinary markets in any other asian countries. It sells cheap shoes, shirts, accessories, etc. nth special.

Pasar Baru is one of old market in Jakarta. People usually come here to buy clothes, cameras, shoes, and for culinary. There are lots of hidden culinary places here, located in the alley.

tourists can skip this place as most of the shops are not updating their stocks ! For shopping it's not that good but if you wanna try Indonesian food then you must visit there !!

It is officially opened from 9.00 to 18.00 hours but some shops actually stay open longer than these.
