The bottom part of the tower has a very good history section on Indonesia. I found that quite interesting. Going to top of the tower so, so. I would focus more on museums and the old town.

Nothing much. It's just a monument to see. Good from outside. The park has only one entrance, beaware in a hot day.

Yes and no. Inside are wheelchair elevators, but outside many blockades to overwin. We didn't try out.

Impressive monument that dwarfs the pedestrians and traffic, looks better at night and good to visit a place thats known to have orchestrated the beginning of many celebrations and gatherings of the people of Jakarta.

If you wait for the little transportation bus they have when you enter; it will take you directly to where you have to enter. Great place to go to see and read about Indonesian history and it's struggle for independence.
