CC ( 18.01.27 ) I and my son visited this station on our way to Old Town. We wanted to see Indonesian big station, and visited there. There was well-managed, and many people crowded. But there was not attraction, I think.

Grand Mercure hotel was chosen in part because it was close to this station but we could not find a way to buy a bus pass. We finally used "Blue Bird" taxis. Each ride was only 2$ to 5$

One of the main train station in Jakarta. Most Jakarta's route ended their trip in the station. It's located near the Kota Tua area.

The place looks deplorable. Located in the old part of Jakarta it got no love from the local officials hence it doesn't look nice. A very sad sight to see, especially for those who love history.

This station was so good and ethnic. An old european design that already become railway station since Indonesia in colonialism. This station already reconstructed and repainting by government and become one of historical place in Jakarta.
