The railway station is clean and modern, but maybe a little difficult to navigate as non-Chinese speaker / reader.
I took the subway to get there. There are 2 exits on opposite end for the railway station. Exit 3 is for high-speed trains, Exit 4 is for regular trains (in Chinese only - 高鐵 is high speed)
Coming out, turn right and next door is the ticketing room. I bought my ticket on CTrip - gave them my Id and booking confirmation # and got my ticket.
Then come out and turn right to the next set of doors, which is to the departure area. Wait for the board to highlight your train’s departure, put your ticket in the turn stall and go through and down to your platform. Note the ticket has a seat number - # car, seat #.
