Travel Through Time to Central and Sheung Wan region to see some of the oldest and newest sections of town. Lots of places to eat and sights (& fish smells!) to explore. Highly recommended.

Great place to see varieties of dried seafood used in Chinese cooking. Middle class Hong Kong, some nice restaurants.
