This is a nice university with some historical buildings and a lot of cheap places to eat in. The MTR can get very crowded on school days.

On Bonham road the HKU art gallery is worthy of a visit. The old building and the surrounding area are up in the hill and overlook the east end of town

With the MTR, you can travel to Hong Kong Island (blue line) and visit The University of Hong Kong. The campus is very big and you can visit Centennial Campus which is new.
