The Hong Kong Cultural Centre should be a beacon for anybody interested in classical music and it dispels the view that Hong Kong is only good for shopping and eating. We were thrilled when we discovered this haven of culture by the seafront. We were...More

Around Salisbury Road you'll see the Clock tower and the bay view. Clear water bay and center of Arts. Hong Kong really loves art. Ballet, theatrical play and even musical play (violin or concierto). You'll see the olympic torch too in this area.

Even local people do not like the architecture of this center. But the truth is, that especially the Hong Kong Arts festival (Februrary and March every year) offers excellent program here!

We went there to catch the lantern display during Chinese New Year. Huge, colorful lanterns adore the piazza. A must see for those who want to taste the local culture.

Hello enycell, A better place to ask such questions is the TripAdivsor Hong Kong Travel forum. Experts and other residents of HK volunteer time to answer questions there.
