Sino Centre is located along Nathan Road between Soy and Dundas Streets. This old commercial building may appear to be of little interest from the outside. However, this is a real hot spot for the youngsters and collectors drawn to the buzzing atmosphere and shops that pack the narrow passages and crammed floors inside. Here you'll find endless tiny shops dealing in dvds, comics, magazines, posters, models, games and controllers, toys, Japanese Anime and a range of other peculiar accessories and collectables. It is a fast-paced and busy scene that can be fun for those who don't mind low ceilings, tightly configured spaces and serious crowds. Sino Centre has been a trendy zone which is popular among young people and adult since 1980s. The shops in the Sino Centre are mainly located on the mall from the lower ground floor to the Second floor. This mall has a lot of anime but is increasingly becoming more focused on kpop. I would say based on my observation that this is THE kpop center of HK when it comes to buying CDs and goods. As far as anime goes, their collection of recent anime franchises is better than In's Point if you are looking for goods less than a year old. There were some fakes so if you don't have a lot of experience I would definitely avoid making a purchase unless you absolutely can't live without the item. Not everything is well in Sino Centre. Trend Point on the 14th floor is a store for Supreme and Palace, streetwear brands, but the clothes are all fakes being sold for the price of the real one, aka this is a deliberate scam. I think fake clothing is stealing from the designer, but they are stealing from the general public as well. Do not go to this store.…
